Travel to the Exhibition by Bus and Tram.

If you are travelling to the exhibition by bus or tram from the Railway Station, or from Nottingham City Centre, this page provides details of services, stops, fares, information, plus useful links and telephone numbers.

NOTE: Bus Stop IDs (eg: Se, etc), and the services that use the stop, are shown on the Bus Stop plates. So please check below ! The information provided here is given in good faith, we cannot, however, be held responsible for any changes there may have been to service routes, stops, boarding points or timetables.

    Where to Board Your Bus: RAILWAY STATION


    NCT bus on Service 6

    NCT Services 5 - 11 will take you from the Railway Station to the City centre.

    Nottingham City Transport's Services 5 - 11 'Green Line' (Destination 'City Loop') will take you to Upper Parliament Street (for the bus to the Exhibition). These buses should be boarded outside the Railway Station, on Carrington Street, at Stop S5. These services run every few minutes and you should alight in the City centre, on Parliament Street, at Stops W1 or W2 (outside Wilkos)

    LEAVE the Station by the Main Entrance/Exit. This is up the steps, at the end of the platform, then through the Booking Hall and turn right. Cross the road, outside the end of the station building, turn left over the pedestrian crossing and walk just a few yards to the first Bus Stop (Stop S5). The stop identification (ID) is on the stop plate.

    Where to Board Your Tram: RAILWAY STATION

    NET Tram

    NET Tram, Fleet No 211, now named 'Robin Hood' at the Station Street terminus. NET Trams will take you from the Railway Station (over the bridge to the Station Street terminus) to the City centre.

    Nottingham Express Transit's tram services operate every ten minutes to the City centre and beyond. All trams serve the City centre. The trams should be boarded at the Station Street terminus and you should then alight in the City centre, at Theatre Royal/Upper Parliament St.

    LEAVE the Station by the mid-platform footbridge, NOT through the Booking Hall. The Station Street terminus is signed from the platforms.

    Alight from the tram by the Theatre Royal (next after the Old Market Square), walk back a few yards and cross over Parliament Street, then turn right and the stop you need is the second one along, Stop U2, for NCT Bus Service 28 to the exhibition.

    Where to Board Your Bus: CITY CENTRE


    NCT Service 28

    NCT Service 28 will take you from the City centre to the exhibition venue.

    Nottingham City Transport Service 28 'Pink Line' (Destination 'Bilborough') will take you to the Harvey Hadden Sports Complex from the City Centre. Buses may be boarded at the Victoria Centre, on Milton Street (outside John Lewis), Stop J5, and run every 10 mins (Sat) and 30 mins (Sun). Cross over Parliament Street, using the pedestrian crossing by your alighting stop, then turn left by Boots and right into Milton Street. The stop you need is the second one along.

    Tram users should alight from the tram by the Theatre Royal (next after the Old Market Square), walk back a few yards and cross over Parliament Street, then turn right and the stop you need is the second one along, near to West End Arcade, Stop U2, for NCT Bus Service 28 to the exhibition.

    For the Exhibition, alight at 'Graylands Road'. The exhibition venue, Harvey Hadden Sports Complex, is opposite, just across the road.


    Nottingham City Transport offers a 'City Rider' ticket (Adults £3.00). This can be purchased from the Bus Driver/Tram Conductor and provides unlimited travel on all Nottingham City Transport, South Notts and Pathfinder bus services, plus NET tram services, for One Day. Please note that there is no longer a 'Child City Rider' ticket. Child fares are 80p per single journey (but see 'Group City Rider' ticket below).

    Nottingham City Transport also offers a 'Group Ticket' for just £6.00. This is also valid for all-day travel at weekends, for one adult and up to four children or two adults and up to three children
